How the Comparably Awards Are Determined
Comparably’s Best Company Outlook award is based on anonymous employee feedback collected over a 12-month period. Employees rate their confidence in their company’s future success, their daily enthusiasm for their work, how invested they feel in the company’s mission and values, and how likely they are to recommend the company to others. Each response is scored and benchmarked against organizations of similar size. Small companies must meet a minimum participation threshold to qualify, and additional weight is given to companies with higher relative participation. The process is entirely data-driven. No fees, no nominations.
